Who We Are
Owner-Agent Jody Nicholson
Jody is a strong leader-producer. His Downtown Team was a top 25 producing team worldwide within Re/max for 2005. Jody was affiliated with Coldwell Banker - High Country Realty and Re/max - Around the Mountains before opening The Real Estate Connection in May of 2007.
Broker Support - Jane Little is our Qualifying broker. Jane was licensed in 1986. She has her GRI and CRS designations and a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club.
She is a non-competing broker and her door is always open for her agents. We also have many Associate Brokers that will gladly lend a helping hand.
Office Staff
We have a closing Coordinator to arrange and aid smooth closings.
Marketing and Advertising supervision is provided. Most importantly the marketing director guides agents in meeting the legal requirements for adverting real estate.
Caravans - Property Previews are held periodically to view and discuss our inventory of homes and properties.
Training - Is provide on site and through our multiple listings services. Most is free or at minimal fees.
